Safelist ToolsAs with every other facet of the computer industry, one of the keys to success is automation. Let the computer do the work. Safelists are no different, and there are a number of tools available that make the whole process a breeze. SubmittersWithout auto submitters, the concept of Safelists would not work. There are some large lists which work ok, but on the whole, to get the best results, you need to submit to several hundred Safelists at a time. Fortunately, some of the submitters available are excellent, and I am listing the ones that I use so that you know where to start. The SMass submitter is one that I have only recently discovered. But it has quickly come to the top of my list of preferred submitters. It is powerful and fully featured. It comes with an excellent autojoin feature, which allows you to join hundreds of compatible lists at the flick of a button. So, you can be up and running in a very short space of time. In addition to this, you can import lists from other sources, and the program also gives you the urls of hundreds of Safelists that you can join by importing. This tool can save you lots of time and is a very worthwhile investment. I don't even have to create any tutorials, because these guys have beaten me to it. Take a look by clicking here. This was my main submitter for a long time, but in my opinion, it has been surpassed in terms of value for money by the SMass submitter. It is also the most expensive, but, it is not exorbitant, and you can add and edit as many safelists and advertisements as you like in it. There is a 'feature' of many Safelists these days called Turing keys, which are strings of numbers or letters that you have to add when you log into the Safelists, which are designed to stop the use of submitters unless you pay a fee (the turing keys disappear if you upgrade). Ezy List Pro claims that it can bypass these turing keys, but I have found this to be a limited capability. It is possible to earn a recurring income with this submitter, but you must weigh up the cost of the program against the opportunity of earning additional income. I tend to view things such as this as tools rather then income generators, and doing so can help you evaluate the business cost of running a tool such as this. View a demo of sending a mailing. This little number is great value for money. It is currently only $4.95 a month. It is prefect for those new to Safelists because it supplies many Safelists automatically, and makes joining them a piece of cake. It is very easy to use and remembers how often you can submit to a particular list, so that you can save time. It allows you to autojoin most of the lists that it offers (some can only be joined manually) and also allows you to test the login for each list. This is a great feature when doing your routine maintenance checks. The down side of it is that you cannot add your own lists. However the upside of the automated features of this program far outweigh this limitation. And you can guarantee that the Safelists that are provided with the system will work with the Submitter. It knows how many times you are allowed to post to each list, and gives you a list of Safelists that you are entitled to post to every day. This is a great time saver, ensuring that you do not post to Safelists that you are not entitled to, which would waste a lot of time. I get around the limitation of not being able to add Safelists by using a couple of other submitters which do allow you to add your own lists. You can get Safelist Boys by clicking here. The reason that I use 3 submitters is that not all Safelists successfully submit with the other two. For that reason it is useful to have a third which does often work with Safelists that do not work with the other submitters. The owners also produce a free version, which does have some limitations, but is otherwise fully functional. In my view, this i also a must have submitter. You can obtain a copy by clicking here. More recently (very recently in fact) Snazzy have come up with an excellent deal called the Marketing Toolkit. This comprises 2300 safelists to join! They currently boast 68 lists, which you can join online and send an ad online. This is a great service if you cannot afford or use a submitter, and is free to members (i.e. to Safelist subscribers). Although not strictly necessary for what we are doing here, I strongly suggest that you set up a Clickbank account. It is free to join, so there is no cost involved. The reason for doing this is that many products that you come across on the Internet (including some that I recommend), sell their products using Clickbank. The benefit from your perspective of doing this is so that you can get commission from resales of products that you recommend. Some of the programs that I have suggested that you join sell products on your behalf as a sideline to the main business (at no additional cost to you). Many of these generate their commissions through Clickbank, so it is strongly advised that you set up your free Clickbank account, if you don't already have one. You can join Clickbank by clicking here. Email BoxesControl over the masses of email that you receive can be a problem. One of the trade offs that you get for submitting thousands of emails is that you have to receive thousands as well. Believe me, it's a good trade! But you have to control those emails! Unless you're very brave and have a LOT of time on your hands, you won't want to send them to your regular email boxes. You could miss important mail that way. Up until recently, you could use Hotmail, but the accounts the they give you are so small, that you had to be on your toes 24/7 in order to keep them clean (i.e. with enough space to receive more emails). If you didn't do that, the emails would bounce back, and the chances are that you would get your Safelist accounts deleted. Besides, a lot of the Safelists are now banning the use of Hotmail because too many bounces were occurring. So what do you do? Well, I'll tell you what I do. There are a number of email only accounts popping up all over the place that do nothing but manage your account. The boxes vary in size and in price, so you can shop around for the best deal. You can get this superb mailbox from here. Ad Tracking ProgramsI have used several ad tracking programs. The absolute best value for money comes with the Tracker that comes with the Money Hub system. Ad tracking is something you MUST invest in if you are serious about doing business on the net, so please make sure that you have access to some means of ad tracking. Group Mailers Group Mailers are not necessary for the bulk of what you have to do with Safelists. A few Safelists however, do give you your leads in a list, so do some of the FFA programs. If you ever find that you need a bulk mailer, then I suggest that you use this one. It is the best one that I have found, bar none. Click here for a Group Mailer program.
